Event 3 · 🤝 Customer-Service Rewards and First-Payment Event
1. Add customer service · Base reward
After adding customer service and joining the group, receive 15 days of SVIP. The 3,000 points included in SVIP can be claimed immediately and are valid for 30 days.
2. Add customer service · Invite bonus
After completing the invite step, receive an additional 30 days of SVIP. If you have already claimed the first 3,000 points, you cannot claim the second 3,000 points within 30 days. After 30 days, you can claim the second 3,000 points if the account still has SVIP; these points are valid for 30 days.
⏱️ The order matters: claim the first 3,000 points, wait 30 days, and then claim the second 3,000 points only when the account still has SVIP.
3. Friend first payment: both sides receive 1 month of SVIP
On a friend's first successful payment, they may choose either option below. The event reward is issued once.

💡 The first-payment reward is issued once: whether the friend buys the RMB 200 starter pack or RMB 399 SVIP after coupon, the friend and inviter each receive 1 month of SVIP. Later payments do not earn another reward.
💡 No extra points from the event: the RMB 200 starter pack includes 12,000 points; RMB 399 SVIP includes 56,000 points across the year.
Submit proof
After the friend completes their first payment, the friend and inviter should add customer service and report both account IDs. Post the proof in the official community; customer service will verify it and issue 1 month of SVIP to each side.
📸 Proof to post: submit an invite record, successful payment record, or SVIP entitlement record that shows both account IDs, and note both account IDs and the selected option (RMB 200 pack / RMB 399 SVIP).
🔒 Shared limits: the same friend's first-payment referral reward is counted once only. Whether the first payment is for the RMB 200 starter pack or RMB 399 SVIP after coupon, later payments do not earn another reward. The same account, WeChat ID, real name, device, or payment method cannot participate repeatedly.

- Rewards are delivered the next business day (holidays may delay delivery; results are posted in the group)
Steps
- Add customer service and join the group (see 📚 3️⃣ Sign-up and Prep)
- Complete the event condition (base reward / invite bonus / inquiry screenshot / payment receipt / friend's first payment or upgrade)
- Post the required proof in the group + note account ID + event type
- On the next business day, check 👉 Billing → Spend Details → System Gift; after SVIP is issued, claim its included points from the membership page
